Gesac S.p.A. – Società di Gestione Servizi Aeroporti Campani – is the management company of the Capodichino Airpoirt in Naples, based on a forty-year concession expiring in 2043. Capodichino is the third-ranking regional airport in Italy (excluding from the regional airports Rome and Milan systems), with 5,6 millions of passengers in 2010 (+ 5% ca vs 2009).
Gesac was one of the first airport companies that succeeded in signing the Contratto di Programma with ENAC (in November 2009), containing among others the new tariff scheme for airport charges. The company is implementing a relevant capex plan aimed at expanding and improving Capodichino airport infrastructures.

Together with the acquisition of 70% of Gesac's through the vehicles F2i Aeroporti S.p.A. and F2i Sistema Aeroportuale Campano S.p.A., F2i has also acquired a 54% stake in Software Design S.p.A., a Naples-based company, specialized in IT solutions for the airport sector.
