He has been at F2i since December 2007. Previously he worked in the Advisory/M&A team of Capitalia banking group (now merged into Unicredit Group) with focus on the healthcare, airports, utilities and oil & gas sectors. He has been involved in various transactions including the merger between Aem Milan and ASM Brescia and the financial restructuring of the Italpetroli group.
