She has been at F2i since January 2011. Previously she worked for 3 years at Dewey & LeBoeuf Law Firm, where she dealt with commercial and corporate law, with focus on M&A and private equity transactions.

She had previously worked at Camozzi & Bonissoni (currently, CBA) Law and Tax Firm, providing consulting and assistance in the field of commercial and corporate law, also to listed companies.

The first years of her practice - at Criscuolo & Associati Law firm and, before, at Gentile Law Firm - were focused on consulting and litigation on civil and commercial matters.
