Paola Nava

In F2i since 2021, she is an Associate of the Regulatory, Legal and Corporate Affairs Area. She supports the Legal Area in the activities related to the investment and divestment operations. Furthermore, she provides assistance to the Corporate Affairs Area in the corporate secretarial ordinary and extraordinary activities.

She began her career at the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, working in the Corporate M&A and Private Equity department, where She worked on corporate law and commercial law, with particular reference to mergers and acquisitions.

She graduated with honors in Law from Bocconi University in Milan.
