Simona Scarlino

Simona Scarlino has been an Associate in the Debt Investment Team since 2022. She has 5 years’ experience in structuring, executing and monitoring infrastructure financing transactions. She has completed and managed around 15 transactions with an aggregate value of over EUR 20bn.
Prior to joining F2i, Simona worked in the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure team at BNP Paribas, dealing with financing transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Previously, she worked for ING, handling structured financing transactions in the renewable energy sector. She began her career in the Structured Finance team at Fitch Ratings in London.
She holds a degree in Finance with a specialisation in Corporate Advisory & Investment Banking from the Bocconi University in Milan. During her studies she also took part in an exchange programme at the University of Nottingham.
