HISI

HISI - Holding Company for Investment in Healthcare and Infrastructure – is an investment platform in the public-private partnership sector which, through its investee companies, holds concessions for the management of non-medical services in hospitals.

The services, entrusted to specialized operators, mainly concern the maintenance of buildings and green areas, management of utilities, laundry, waste, cleaning services, surveillance and commercial activities. The platform's strategy envisages growth through external lines.

To date, HISI provides services in the following facilities: Legnano Hospital in Lombardy, Alba-Bra Hospital in Verduno in Piedmont, Este Monselice Hospital in Veneto, Empoli Hospital in Tuscany and the energy plant of the Careggi Hospital in Florence in Tuscany. In addition, HISI holds a minority stake in Vimercate Salute, holder of the concession of non-medical services of the Vimercate Hospital.
