Domitilla Cimini joined F2i in 2025 and is currently Senior Analyst of the Debt Investment Area since 2025.
She has 2 years of experience in Corporate & Leveraged Finance, during which she took part in numerous high yield bond and leveraged loan issues.
Prior to joining F2i, Domitilla worked in BNP Paribas' Leveraged Finance & M&A teams in Milan and Paris, where she actively contributed to the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged buyout transactions and M&A financing, for private equity funds and for large and mid-cap companies active in several sectors, including TMT, Food & Beverage and Healthcare.
Prior to that, she did an internship in the Corporate & Leveraged Finance team at Crédit Agricole, focusing on Leveraged & Acquisition Financing transactions.
She graduated with honors in Economics and Finance from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
