Giulia Lauria

Giulia Lauria joined F2i in 2023 and is currently an Associate in the Regulatory, Legal and Corporate Area. In particular, she deals with the activities pertaining to the area concerning the investment transactions of debt funds and the financing operations relating to acquisitions by the funds managed by F2i.

Prior to joining F2i, Giulia worked at the law firms Hogan Lovells, Legance Avvocati Associati and Osborne Clarke, focusing on banking law, with a focus on financing transactions.

She graduated with honors in Law and in Professional Consulting and Business Auditing from LUISS Guido Carli University. Since 2021 she has been qualified to practice as a lawyer.
