Lorenzo Di Gioacchino

Lorenzo di Gioacchino joined F2i in 2008 and is currently Partner and Head of Legal Business Unit. He provides assistance in the investment and divestment of the investments of the managed funds, the legal aspects related to the fundraising activity of the new funds, as well as providing general assistance to the various areas in which the company's organization is divided.
Before joining F2i, he worked as a freelancer in leading Italian law firms, mainly dealing with corporate and commercial law.
He graduated in Law from the University of Rome La Sapienza.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of EI Towers and Sagat.
