Maria Giovanna Finali has been an Associate of the Valuation and Portfolio Management Business Unit since 2021. Over the years, she has conducted numerous projects in the field of extraordinary transactions and, in addition, has acquired significant knowledge in financial statement analysis, company valuation and business planning.
Before joining F2i, Maria Giovanna gained several years of experience in corporate finance consulting with PwC.
She graduated with honors in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
She is a Board Member of CFI and Ital Gas Storage.
