Maria Giovanna Finali joined F2i in 2021 and is currently an Associate of Asset Management Business Unit. Over the years she has carried out numerous projects in the context of extraordinary transactions and has also acquired important knowledge in the analysis of financial statements, company valuation and business planning activities.
Prior to joining F2i, Maria Giovanna gained many years of experience in business consulting at PwC in the corporate finance sector.
She graduated with honors in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Compagnia Ferroviaria Italiana, IGS and two companies of the ReLife Group.
