Mariangela Zambon

Mariangela Zambon joined F2i in 2024 and is currently an Associate in the Regulatory, Legal and Corporate Area.

Prior to joining F2i, Mariangela worked at the law firms of Clifford Chance, focusing on advising companies and investment funds on general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. Before that, she worked for the DLA Piper Associated Tax Law Firm and for Legance Avvocati Associati.

She graduated in Law from Bocconi University in Milan. Since 2024, she has been qualified to practice as a lawyer.
