Massimo Niccolai
Partner, Risk Manager
Massimo Niccolai joined F2i in 2020 and is currently Partner and Head of the Risk Management Function. He has many years of experience in business consulting.
Before joining F2i, Massimo worked as a consultant for the company Protiviti. Over the years, he has carried out, with an increasing level of seniority, set-up and co-sourcing projects for risk management activities within the private equity sector and has supported energy, infrastructure and industrial players in the definition and development of enterprise risk management programs. He has also acquired a deep knowledge of the dynamics and processes of the main Italian multi-utilities, carrying out post-merger integration projects, organizational efficiency and management of sustainability issues.
He graduated with honors in Economics from the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome and has studied at the London School of Economics, the University of Groningen and the University of Florence.
