Paolo Bugini

Paolo Bugini joined F2i in 2014 and is currently Partner of the Equity Investment Area, with a particular focus on the energy, telecommunications and circular economy sectors.

Prior to joining F2i, Paolo worked for Liberty Global, one of Europe's largest investors in the telecom and media sectors, where he oversaw numerous transactions, including the acquisition of Virgin Media (UK) for $24 billion and the acquisition of Ziggo (NL) for €10 billion. He also worked in the Investment Banking division of Royal Bank of Scotland in London, where he completed M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions for €4 billion.

He holds a degree in Economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and a Master's degree in Finance and Management from Cranfield University (UK).

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of EF Solare and Sorgenia.
