Yangyang Zhao joined F2i in 2025 and is currently an Associate in the Debt Investment Area since 2025.
She has 4 years of experience in the corporate and leveraged finance sector in Italy, having concluded more than 30 transactions for a value of approximately €50 billion.
Prior to joining F2i, Yangyang worked for three years at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in Milan, where she developed a strong track record in the origination, structuring and execution of syndicated financing and M&A-driven financing transactions for large-cap, mid-cap and private equity funds in Italy.
Previously, Yangyang worked in the Corporate & Investment Banking department at ICBC (#1 Chinese bank) as a Credit Analyst, focusing mainly on acquisition financing, project finance and real estate financing.
She has a degree in Economics and a master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
