Yangyang Zhao

Yangyang Zhao joined F2i in 2025 as an Associate within the Debt Investment Team.
She has 4+ years of work experience in corporate and leveraged finance, having closed more than 30 transactions for a total value in excess of €50 billion.
Before joining F2i, Yangyang was part of the Acquisition & Leverage Finance Team at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank where she participated in the origination, structuring and execution of several syndicated and M&A-driven financings for large corporates, mid-caps and private equity funds in Italy.
Previously, Yangyang worked in the Corporate & Investment Banking department of ICBC (#1 Chinese bank) as a Credit Analyst, focusing primarily on acquisition financing, project loans, and real estate financing.
Yangyang graduated in Economics and obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control with a major in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
