  1. Roberto Barbieri is the new Managing Director of Sagat

    On 23 July Roberto Barbieri will be co-opted by Sagat’s Board of Directors and appointed as Managing Director of the Company that manages Turin airport. The private shareholders of Sagat (F2i – Fondi italiani per le infrastrutture, Equiter – Intesa Sanpaolo Group – and Tecnoinvestimenti) have chosen Roberto Barbieri to replace the outgoing manager Daniel Winteler.

  1. The General Meeting of Shareholders renews F2i's Corporate Bodies: Giuliano Asperti appointed President and Vito Gamberale confirmed CEO of the Fund

    The ordinary General Meeting of F2i Shareholders met in a concluding session to renew the corporate bodies for the next three years. Vito Gamberale, has been appointed and confirmed, jointly by all Shareholders, as Chief Executive Officer. Giuliano Asperti, appointed by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, has been unanimously named as President of the Fund by the General Meeting. The new Board of Directors is also composed of the following: Andrea Mayr, Davide Mereghetti, Marco Morelli, Paolo Morerio, Giuseppe Urso, Fausto Amadasi, Giancarlo Giorgi, Marcello Bertocchini, Giuseppina De Santis, Franco Mannoni e Maurizio Pagani.

    Armando Brunini, former General Manager of the Bologna airport, has been named the new Managing Director of GESAC SpA – the company that manages Naples International Airport.

  1. F2i to acquire a stake in Sagat (Turin airport) SpA

    F2i has signed a contract with Sintonia SpA for acquisition of 24.4 per cent of the share capital in SAGAT SpA, the company that manages Turin-Caselle Airport, for 30.5 million Euros, to which will be added a possible earn-out of up to 6.1 million Euros to be paid in 2014.
