Alessandra Polerà

Alessandra Polerà joined F2i in 2011 and is currently Partner and Portfolio Companies Corporate Affairs Business Unit. She manages, supervises and coordinates the ordinary and extraordinary corporate activities of the portfolio of funds managed by F2i.

Prior to joining F2i, Alessandra worked for the law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf, dealing with commercial law and corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. She worked for the law and tax firm Camozzi & Bonissoni, providing advice and assistance in the field of corporate law, including for listed companies, and contracts. In the first years of experience, at the law firm of Prof. Fabrizio Criscuolo and at the Gentile law firm, she dealt with contracts, consultancy and litigation in the civil and commercial fields.

She graduated with honors in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna. In 2004, she qualified to practice as a lawyer.

She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of IGS.
