Alessandra Polerà
Partner, Head of the Corporate Affairs BU
Alessandra Polerà is a Partner and Head of the Corporate Subsidiaries Business Unit. She manages, oversees and coordinates the ordinary and extraordinary corporate activities of the portfolio of funds managed by F2i.
Prior to joining F2i, Alessandra worked for the law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf, dealing with commercial and corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. She worked for the legal and tax advisory firm Camozzi & Bonissoni, providing advice and assistance on corporate law and contract law, also for listed companies. In her first years of experience – at the law firm of Fabrizio Criscuolo and at the Gentile law firm – she was involved in contract law, advisory services and litigation on civil and commercial matters.
She graduated with honors in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna. She was admitted to the Italian bar in 2004.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of 2i Rete Gas and Ital Gas Storage.
