Bianca Ambrosini

Bianca Ambrosini joined F2i in 2019 and is currently Junior Partner of the Equity Investment Area.

Over the years, she has mainly dealt with acquisition and financing transactions in the sectors of electricity generation from renewable sources, circular economy, transport and logistics, and social and health infrastructure.

Prior to joining F2i, Bianca was Vice President of Structured Finance at ING Bank, where she oversaw numerous financing and acquisitions on the Italian and Spanish markets, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Previously she worked for Whysol Investments as a Business Development Analyst, dealing with the evaluation of investment opportunities and supporting management on M&A, joint venture and equity book-building transactions.

She holds a degree in Economics, Markets and Financial Intermediaries from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. She holds a master's degree in Advanced Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. She also took part in an exchange program at the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management, Minnesota.

She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of three companies of the ReLife Group and one company of the HISI Group.
