Massimo D’Adamo

Massimo D'Adamo has been a Partner in the Debt Investment Area since 2021. He has 20 years of experience on debt transactions of different nature (corporate, acquisition, project finance) in favor of companies belonging to the infrastructure sector. Overall, it closed more than 50 transactions for a total value of approximately €45 billion.

Prior to joining F2i, Massimo was an Executive Director in Mediobanca's Lending and Structured Finance team, responsible for a loan book with exposures to leading Italian infrastructure companies and numerous European companies held by equity infrastructure funds. He was Head of Infrastructure Finance in the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team at Mediobanca, spending a period in the London office and dealing with structured financing to support acquisitions of Italian and European infrastructure assets. At the beginning of his professional experience, he contributed to the establishment of the Project Finance team at Mediobanca.

He graduated in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan.
