Mauro Miglio is Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Equity Area.
Senior Partner of the Equity Investment Area since 2017, he has managed investments in the renewable energy area and developed F2i's digital infrastructure and telecommunications platform including the EI Towers and FiberCop transactions.
Previously he gained thirty years of experience in managerial positions of large industrial, energy and infrastructure groups, such as Fiat, Montedison, Edison, A2A.
Over the course of his career, he has managed M&A transactions worth over €16 billion, mainly in the infrastructure, energy, automotive and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining F2i, Mauro was CEO of Alerion and E2i, leading Italian companies in the construction and management of renewable energy plants, and was a member of the Board of Directors of various industrial companies, including Edison, Edipower, Metroweb, TowerTel and IRIDEOS. He holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University and an MBA from Insead, Fontainebleau (France).
He is currently member of the Board of Directors of IGS, Fibercop and EI Towers.
