In 2021, with the launch of the fifth Fund for Sustainable Infrastructures, F2i entered the circular economy sector through the acquisition of ReLife, the main Italian private operator, with 22 sites in northern Italy, active in recycling, energy recovery and reuse of paper and plastic products.

The Fund for Sustainable Infrastructures is focused on infrastructure assets combining industrial growth and progressive and continuous improvement of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) parameters.
